Section 6
Adjustment of employees

(1) When adjusting employees in the organization structure and staff ranks established according to section 4, in the case of employees of gazetted first class or the same and above, the government of Nepal and in the case of other employees, the service management body, group or sub-group Will adjust to the corresponding similar post.
(2) According to section 6, when employees are adjusted from the government service to the provincial or local level, the adjustment will be made by matching the level based on the educational qualification and employment period of the government employee to be adjusted.
(3) According to sub-section (5) of section 4, the staff must be adjusted according to sub-section (1) within six months from the date of approval of the staff positions for the union, state and local levels.
(4) According to this act, the employee who has been adjusted at the federal, state and local levels, as long as he remains employed at the adjusted level, will be responsible to the same level and if he is promoted or transferred to another level according to the prevailing law, he will be responsible to the level to which he was posted.

(5) ) Before being adjusted according to sub-section (3), if any government employee wants to be adjusted at the provincial or local level by taking the service conditions and facilities according to the provincial or local service law, they can be adjusted according to this Act.
(6) At the time of commencement of this Act, if the employees of the Legislature-Parliament Service working in the Legislature-Parliament Secretariat wish to be adjusted at the union, state or local level, the ministry will adjust them to the corresponding service or group position of the federal or state civil service or local service on the basis of their educational qualifications.
((7) Other provisions related to staff adjustment shall be as prescribed.
